Digital strategy and support for Microsoft's EMEA campaigns

Microsoft Ireland has responsibility for the European, Middle East and African markets. Their operations include software development and testing, localisation, sales and marketing. With almost 2,000 full-time employees, they are one of Ireland’s largest and most important employers.

Our role is to advise and support the sales, marketing and product teams to plan and rollout targeted digital initiatives and campaigns to target retail, SME, enterprise and the developer communities.

We provide a range of services that include:

  • Auditing of Microsoft's Irish digital presence to determine how online can be developed to meet business strategy
  • Creation of digital marketing and communications plans to target consumers, business and developers
  • Rolling-out digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
  • Training and up-skilling staff to measure their digital initiatives
  • Supporting the sales and marketing teams to develop and plan their digital activities
  • Working with subject matter experts to target communities to showcase Microsoft technologies and services
  • Managing websites and digital channels on a day-to-day basis
