Invesco are recognised as the leading Irish owned firm of employee benefits consultants, providing a suite of comprehensive employee benefits, administration and advisory services to multinational and indigenous companies.

Our role has been to work in partnership with Invesco to design and develop Invesco Online, the pension and investment management platform. The platform enables members, employers and trustees to access and manage their investments.
 

We provided a range of services that included:

• Consultancy to define and specify the product roadmap and customer requirements
• Stakeholder facilitation to develop and validate business requirements
• Prototype of product architecture and customer journeys to define features and functions
• Design of user interface, investment and management tools for all devices
• Customer testing to assess and validate proposed user experience and product toolset
• Create a style-guide to define product design standards
• Assess and select functionality toolkit to enhance the customer usage of the product
• Programme management of the end-to-end delivery
• Ongoing development of the investment platform
• Delivery of support to Invesco team to manage the platform
