ArekiboCare is offered as a fixed monthly fee based on the plan you choose, Essentials, Progressive, or Advanced, and the scope of your platform. Pricing is fully transparent with no hidden fees; anything outside your plan's scope is quoted and agreed in advance.
Each plan suits a different level of need: Essentials for core protection and support, Progressive for proactive management and security, and Advanced for a fully managed platform. We also offer an initial consultation to assess your platform and recommend the right fit before you commit.
Your plan covers the services listed for your tier, from monitoring and patching through to upgrades and consulting on the higher plans. Work beyond your plan's scope, such as one-off enhancements or change requests, is scoped and quoted separately so there are no surprises.
Yes. You can move between Essentials, Progressive, and Advanced as your business grows or your requirements shift, scaling coverage up or down to match.
We offer flexible contract options rather than locking you into a long-term commitment, so you can choose the term that suits your business.
You can cancel with the notice period set out in your contract.
