Dublin Airport handles over 30 million passengers annually, and passengers must be able to access airport services efficiently, in real-time, and informatively on any device, at any time.

We have been the Airport's digital partner since 2010. From advising, designing, and developing digital services to integrating and scaling these services across enterprise and technology platforms, we collaborate to enhance and grow their online presence.

Passenger Experience

The airport's website is a 24/7 customer information resource. 

From accessing flight departure and arrival information to booking car parking, reserving a lounge, or understanding security criteria, airports' digital services deliver a seamless travelling experience to all passengers.

Delivering Growth

One of our primary roles is to support the creation and development of new products and services to enhance and help the traveller experience. The services we offer include information architecture, website design, web development, payment integration, api planning and integration, accessibility compliance, and delivering support services to ensure travellers all have a seamless digital experience.

The online carpark booking service is a prerequisite for airport travel, where the booking experience needs to be streamlined and efficient across all devices. We support their technology delivery partners to integrate these services into the web service.

Access to data and intelligence across an organisation's digital presence is fundamental to the airport's digital strategy. We supported the development of a unified analytics and data strategy for the website, providing a single view of the passenger's digital journey and delivering intelligent, live insights to the communication, operations, and commercial teams.

24/7 Support

Our infrastructure and hosting team has collaborated with the Airports team to implement and migrate to cloud-managed services using Azure's enterprise-grade cloud platform. We leveraged Azure's and Sitefinity's architecture best practices, design patterns, and reference architectures to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.

Dublin Airport also won recognition from ImmuniWeb as one of the three most secure international airports. While 97% of global airports were identified as having security risks related to vulnerable web and mobile applications, Dublin Airport, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, and Helsinki—Vantaa Airport were ranked among the top three most secure online presences.
