Dublin Airport handles over 30 million passengers a year, and passengers must be able to access airport services efficiently, in real-time, and informatively on any device, anytime.

We have been the Airport's digital partner since 2010. From advising, designing, and developing digital services to integrating and developing these services into enterprise and scalable technology platforms, we collaborate to enhance and grow their online presence.

The airport's website is a 24/7 customer information resource. 

From accessing flight departure and arrival information to booking car parking, reserving a lounge, or understanding security criteria, airports' digital services deliver a seamless travelling experience to all passengers.

One of our primary roles is to support the creation and development of new products and services to enhance and help the traveller experience.

Airport Club provides various services to help business travellers access airport services for a single annual fee. The website delivers a seamless purchase path to allow customers to join and renew their annual membership.

The online carpark booking service is a prerequisite for airport travel. Customers' booking experience needs to be streamlined and efficient across all devices.

Access to data and intelligence across an organisation's digital presence is fundamental to the airport's digital strategy. We supported the development of a unified analytics and data strategy for the website to provide a single view of the passenger's digital journey, delivering intelligent and live insights to the communication, operations, and commercial teams.

24/7 Support

Our infrastructure and hosting team has collaborated with the Airports team to implement and migrate to cloud-managed services using Azure's enterprise-grade cloud platform, where we harnessed Azure's and Sitefinity's architecture best practices, design patterns, and reference architectures to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.

Dublin Airport also won recognition from ImmuniWeb as one of the three most secure international airports. While 97/100 international airports were identified to have security risks related to vulnerable web and mobile applications, Dublin Airport, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, and Helsinki—Vantaa Airport were ranked in the top three most secure online presences.
