We are delighted that the Mater Private Network has been shortlisted for Most Trusted Website at Digital Business Ireland's National Digital Awards.
The winners will be announced on 23rd February 2024.
The website was designed in 2022 and was the first in a series of patient-focused projects we are undertaking to enhance the digital experience of Mater Private Network. The objective was to develop an online platform to 'deliver the best possible digital experience to patients and referrers'.
The website was designed to 'deliver the best possible digital experience to patients and referrers' and includes:
- a Health Information section to better understand your health condition.
- Find a Consultant or Service by speciality, service name, location or consultant name.
- a new Book an Appointment feature to request an appointment or send a referral.
- a comprehensive FAQs section to answer patients' concerns before their hospital appointment.
- Insurance Cover tool with key information about health insurance cover and costs for treatments and procedures
The site is developed on the Sitefinity DXP platform and delivers a seamless experience to all across all devices.
