Our collaboration with CRH started in 2010. Our partnership focuses on delivering strategic digital projects. Projects delivered include designing the CRH.com corporate and investor relations website and creating strategic digital onboarding and internal communications products.

Enter CRH World, the dedicated employee communications portal delivering innovative, insighful and personalised updates to over 75,000 staff updated by an internal team 24/7/365.
CRH World is dedicated to recognising the success and achievements of CRH’s businesses, global and regional teams, and employees, and their extensive range of building materials solutions used worldwide to improve cities and built environments. Our UX and Design teams worked across the business to create the visual interface and information architecture for the portal.
Employee Managed Platform
CRH World was a strategic project developed in collaboration with CRH’s global leadership.
The goal was to create a dedicated digital-first, employee-focused communication channel that captures the business's scale, ambition, and global success. An internal team would be established with the skills, expertise, and capabilities to deliver employees a continuous, innovative and insightful digital experience. We supported the recruitment of members of this new team.
The results developed on the market-leading Progress Sitefinity DXP deliver employees with a real-time information resource, company-wide news, extensive video resources of case studies and interviews, and access to company and staff search tools. Corporate and executive communications are streamed live through a dedicated channel integrated into the portal.
Platform Management & Integrity
CRH World is securely hosted on Azure with Okta integration for identity and authentication. Our managed service team ensures the CRH World platform remains secure, supported, and continuously evolving to meet the needs of its users. The Azure and Sitefinity platforms are monitored and maintained with proactive measures to ensure optimal performance and resilience. We deliver ongoing security updates, performance tuning, and issue resolution to safeguard the platform against emerging threats.
