As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an SEO Specialist to help shape how our clients are discovered online.

The Role

As an SEO Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving organic growth across a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll combine technical expertise, content insight, and data-led thinking to improve visibility, rankings, and performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, stays ahead of search trends, and enjoys working collaboratively with strategists, designers, and developers.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client goals  
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping  
• Perform technical SEO audits and work with development teams to implement improvements  
• Optimise on-page elements, including content, metadata, and internal linking structures  
• Collaborate with content and UX teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded from the start  
• Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, and third-party platforms  
• Stay up to date with algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging search technologies  
• Identify opportunities for growth across content, technical, and off-page SEO 

What You'll Bring

• 2–4 years’ experience in an SEO-focused role (agency experience a plus)  
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, indexing, and performance optimisation  
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz)  
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights  
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as Sitefinity, WordPress, Sitecore, and TerminalFour.  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain SEO concepts clearly  
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning
