The Role

As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll be responsible for crafting thoughtful user experiences and refined interfaces across a range of digital projects. You’ll work closely with strategists, developers, and clients to bring ideas to life, balancing creativity with usability and performance.

What You'll Do

• Design user-centric digital experiences from concept through to delivery  
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs  
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and insights analysis  
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is realised in the build  
• Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across projects  
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients  
• Create design systems and work with the front-end team to develop and deliver the design system under your watchful eye 

What You’ll Bring

• 3 plus years’ experience in UX/UI design, ideally within an agency environment  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD  
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design  
• Experience in developing design systems in Figma
• Understanding of front-end development principles 
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently 
• Knowledge of current UX/UI trends, patterns, tools, and best practices
• A collaborative approach and attention to detail
