The Role
As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll be responsible for crafting thoughtful user experiences and refined interfaces across a range of digital projects. You’ll work closely with strategists, developers, and clients to bring ideas to life, balancing creativity with usability and performance.
What You'll Do
- Design user-centric digital experiences from concept through to delivery
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and insights analysis
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is realised in the build
- Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across projects
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients
- Create design systems and work with the front-end team to develop and deliver the design system under your watchful eye
What You’ll Bring
- 3 plus years’ experience in UX/UI design, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design
- Experience in developing design systems in Figma
- Understanding of front-end development principles
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently
- Knowledge of current UX/UI trends, patterns, tools, and best practices
- A collaborative approach and attention to detail
